Would You Like to Share Your Experiences?
If you are interested in sharing your residential school experience, please contact the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation (NCTR) Communications team. Your statement can take any form that you wish: written, audio/video, poetry, graphic art, music, etc. There are no restrictions. If you wish, the NCTR will record your statement by a qualified Statement Gatherer for you. The Centre will connect you with health supports to assist you during this process and you are welcome to bring extra support people with you.

Additional Health Support Information
Emotional, cultural and professional support services are also available to Survivors and their families through the Indian Residential Schools Resolution Health Support Program. Services can be accessed on an individual, family or group basis.
